Contribution to the microscopic study of three plant species used in traditional Algerian medicine

چکیده

The present work aims to study the anatomical characteristics of three plant species used in Algeria for their diuretic and antilithiasic properties. Also summarise results obtained detailed drawings each part studied as well diagrams with conventional tissue signs.
 For this, samples were collected from herbalists region Tlemcen (northwestern Algeria). These leaves stems Petroselinum crispum (Apiaceae), Scolymus hispanicus (Asteraceae), Marrubium vulgare (Lamiaceae); they all examined identified. Cross sections made stained using double staining technique; then observed under an optical microscope.
 It was generally that parsley leaf did not have any secretory trichomes, duct midrib located between phloem lower epidermis. also noted there no trichomes Spanish Scolyme. In addition, branched covering octacellular head white horehound.
 findings are certainly going help enrich rare bibliographic data available on anatomy these species.
